Maintaining the highest standard of quality processes for screening and
placing personnel goes deeper into the organization than the normal TQM
programs. With Insurance Overload Staffing, customer complaints are documented
and analyzed, whether they be in relationship to the placed personnel or the
performance of staff personnel. In fact, over 400 clients are surveyed every six
months from Headquarters in preparation for semi-annual internal quality audits
of every branch office.
There are QSV procedures to back up all of the foregoing by controlling
documents, maintaining records, backing up the computer network and taking
corrective or preventative action for any deficiencies or non-conformances.
The IOS management team monitors the QSV System of Insurance Overload Staffing
on a regular basis with their own internal audits.
