The staff of Insurance Overload
Staffing provides clients with a degree of candidate screening that
surpasses what is done by anyone else that recruits and supplies personnel to
the insurance industry. The screening is carried out by salaried career
insurance professionals under the Quality Screening Verification (QSV)
system.
All personnel placed by IOS are interviewed in
person and given one or more of our 164 knowledge and skills tests in specific
insurance occupations. Every candidate presented by IOS
has had reference checking done with his/her former supervisors or managers.
Criminal background checks are conducted for every candidate (except in Canada).
Credit checks and/or drug testing are available if required by the client.
A variety of personnel services are available from IOS
for its insurance clients in 58 cities in the U. S. and Canada. Standard direct
hire and temporary placements are readily available. Temp-to-hire arrangements
can be specifically arranged. Six month contract placements are available in
Canada. Insurance Overload Staffing will provide
payroll-only service with respect to personnel who are referred for that purpose
by insurance clients.
The entire company's operations are audited twice a year. The Quality Screening
Verification (QSV) system represents considerable investment by
